Meet Our Team:

Todd Olin, Esq.

Chaudhary Law Office is pleased to have Mr. Todd Olin as an associate to the firm.  Olin joined  Chaudhary Law as an associate in 2008, and serves Of Counsel. At the firm Mr. Olin specializes in environmental law and business litigation.

Mr. Olin is an engineer and  an  attorney.          He 
earned his J.D. degree from the University of Minnesota Law School, where he was an editor of the Law Review. Before joining Chaudhary Law Office, Olin worked for XeteX, LLC as in house legal counsel.  

Mr. Olin has been responsible for multi-multijurisdictional corporate tax planning, managing US and Canadian corporate intellectual property issues and managing and eight member team.     In solo practice Olin has managed all stages of litigation and has civil and criminal trial experience as first chair counsel. 

Named a Fulbright Scholar, Olin  studied energy law and policy in Norway at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Trondheim.   He also has seved as a legal clerk for the Ramsey County Attorney's Office he represented the State of Minnesota in Juvenile Court proceedings.  Mr. Olin was admitted to the Minnesota Bar in 2008. 


Aneta Toporowska, Esq.

In 2010 Aneta Toporowska joined Chaudhary Law Office as an associate, and serves Of Counsel.  Ms. Toporowska focuses on a practice of predominately immigration and international business law.  She has acted as an extern for the Honorable Judge Donovan W. Frank for the United States Federal District Court in Saint Paul, Minnesota and prior to that was a law clerk for the City Attorney's Office in Minneapolis.   

Ms. Toporowska earned her J.D. degree from the Hamline University School of Law, in Saint Paul, Minnesota where she was an associate on the Journal of Public Law and Policy.  She received a Masters of Arts from The College of Saint Scholastica in Duluth, Minnesota with a major in Organizational Development & Behavior, Human Resource Management, and was the receipient of the Wasie Foundation International Scholarship.   

Ms.Toporowska  attended  National-Louis University, Nowy Sacz, Chicago, Illinois as an undegraduate, where she complete a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Marketing and a minor in Business Administration.

Mr. Chaudhary's legal career is marked by a consistent track record of success in complex litigation.  His achievements include winning results at every stage of the litigation process.  These include creative and successful uses of alternative dispute resolution (including pre-discovery) to achieve early, favorable, and desirable client outcomes.  Chaudhary’s practice style involves providing sound, compassionate, thoughtful, and trusted legal advice regarding a wide range of legal issues.  He emphasizes a proactive, not reactive, decision-making and problem solving approach to ensure his clients avoid unnecessary litigation while preparing them to be well positioned to achieve outstanding results if litigation does ensue.

Satveer Chaudhary is Minnesota-born and bred, and is a lifelong resident of Fridley, where he resides with his wife, Dee, and four children. Mr. Chaudhary  is a graduate of Columbia Heights High School. He furthered his education at St. Olaf College, where he received his B.A.; the University of Minnesota Law School where he received his J.D.; and at Oxford University, where he studied British and American foreign policy. In 2004 Satveer Chaudhary was named Alumni of the Year for the U of M Law School.  Chaudhary has also been an invited speaker by the Harvard Law School, UCLA Law School, and the University of California Law School.  In addition to serving as an attorney Chaudhary is active in politics and business consultant.

His community activities remain stronger than ever as a sportsman, volunteer attorney, and party activist. Recently, the worldwide Asian-Indian community recognized his dedicated work, naming Chaudhary to the top-50 non-resident Indians in the world (NRI World magazine). His commitment to public service also earned him an invitation to New York shortly after September 11 to extend a message for American unity. In 2001, Chaudhary had the honor of escorting the Dalai Lama in his visit to Minnesota. Later in 2001, Chaudhary was chosen to be a delegate by the American Council of Young Political Leaders to Argentina and Uruguay.
